A: A coffee subscription delivers freshly roasted specialty coffee beans to your door on a recurring schedule. You choose your plan, and we handle the rest — sourcing, roasting, and shipping the world's best coffee.

Q: How fresh is the coffee?

A: All our single-origin coffee is roasted within 48 hours of shipping. We believe fresh roasted coffee makes all the difference in flavor. Your beans arrive at peak freshness, ready to brew.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

A: Absolutely! You have complete flexibility. Pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. No commitments, no hassle.

Q: What types of coffee do you offer?

A: We specialize in single-origin coffee from Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Indonesia. Each month features different coffee processing methods — washed, natural, and honey process.

Q: How much coffee do I get?

A: Our Explorer plan includes 1 bag (12oz) per month. The Enthusiast plan delivers 2 bags monthly. Our Connoisseur plan includes 4 bags for serious coffee lovers. All plans include free shipping.

Q: Do you offer organic or fair trade coffee?

A: Yes! Many of our coffees are organic certified and fair trade. We work directly with farmers who use sustainable practices. Look for the certification badges on each origin page.

Q: What's the best way to brew your coffee?

A: We recommend pour over coffee for single origins to highlight their unique characteristics. We also love French press and AeroPress. Each shipment includes brewing recommendations specific to that coffee.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently we ship to US addresses only. Check our shipping information page for delivery times and details. We're working on expanding to Canada and Europe soon.

Q: What if I don't like the coffee?

A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first shipment. If you're not happy, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. We stand behind every bag of specialty coffee we send.
