## Equipment You'll Need
- Pour-over dripper (V60, Chemex, Kalita Wave, or similar)
- Gooseneck kettle for precise pouring
- Burr grinder
- Digital scale
- Timer
- Filter papers
## The Recipe
**Ratio:** 1:16 coffee to water (20g coffee to 320g water)
**Grind:** Medium-fine, like sea salt
**Water temp:** 200°F (93°C)
**Brew time:** 2:30 - 3:00 minutes
## Step-by-Step
1. **Rinse the filter** with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat
2. **Add coffee** and shake to level the bed
3. **Bloom:** Pour 40g water, wait 30 seconds
4. **First pour:** Add water to 200g in slow circles
5. **Second pour:** At 1:15, add remaining water to 320g
6. **Let drain:** Total time should be 2:30-3:00
